Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you book the Diabetes Blueprint Package ("the package"). By ticking the box at booking, you agree to them.
1. About us and these terms
Who provides the service: Fuelo Nutrition Limited (company number 783340), registered office: Ballyburn, Newtown, Kilmore Quay, Co. Wexford, Ireland. In these terms, "I", "me" and "my" mean Paraic Reville, the dietitian who delivers the service. "You" means the person who books.
Professional registration: I am a dietitian registered with CORU, the Health and Social Care Professionals Council of Ireland (registration number DI068455), and a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute.
Contact: fuelo@paraicdietitian.com.
Who can book: adults aged 18 or over with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes. If you are booking for someone else, or have a different type of diabetes, please contact me first.
Please keep a copy of these terms. The version that applies to you is the one you accepted at booking.
2. The package: what is included
The package is an 8-week programme of one-to-one dietetic support, delivered online.
Five video calls, about two weeks apart: an initial call of 50 to 60 minutes, then three follow-up calls and a closing call of 30 minutes each.
A personal plan after each call: a short written plan with the habits we agreed to work on, built around your health and personal goals.
Tracking between calls: habit tracking and check-ins in Practice Better.
Food diaries: a 3-day food diary set after calls 2 and 4, which we review on calls 3 and 5.
Resources: access to my resource library in Practice Better.
A closing summary at the end of the package, with a plan for keeping going.
Diet history feedback at week 9: you send a food diary or diet history, and I send written feedback through Practice Better.
Updated blood results: I will ask you to send your updated HbA1c at about week 12, so we can see the change. Your GP arranges the test. See Section 6 for how to send me your results.
Not included
Changes to your medication. These stay with your GP, prescriber or diabetes team.
Blood tests, medical checks or monitoring of your condition.
Contact outside the arrangements in Section 6.
Further calls after the package. A one-off 30-minute follow-up call is available for €75 if you want one.
3. Is this service right for you
This is a dietetic service. It does not replace care from your GP, diabetes team or other healthcare professionals. Keep attending your usual appointments and tests.
Tell your doctor about your plans. If you take medication that can cause low blood glucose, such as insulin or a sulfonylurea, tell your GP or diabetes team before you change your eating, as your doses may need to be reviewed.
Safety screen. You will complete a health questionnaire before your first call. Please answer it honestly and completely. Based on your answers, I may advise you to see your GP first, change the plan, or pause the programme. If the package is not suitable for you, I will tell you why and refer you on. In that case, I will refund the part of the fee for calls not yet delivered (see Section 5).
Not an emergency service. If you feel very unwell, or have symptoms such as severe low glucose, confusion, persistent vomiting or chest pain, contact your GP urgently, an out-of-hours service or call 112 or 999.
4. Fees and payment
You can pay in one of two ways:
Pay in full: €700, charged at booking.
Pay in 3 instalments: 3 x €250 (€750 in total), charged at booking, 2 weeks later and 4 weeks later.
Other details:
Currency: all fees are in euro.
How instalments work: if you choose instalments, you agree to pay all three. Your card is charged automatically on the dates above through our secure payment provider, using the card details you give at booking. Choosing instalments is a payment arrangement, not a subscription. It has no interest or extra charges.
Failed payments: if a payment fails, you will get an email and have 7 days to update your card. I may pause your calls until the payment is made. If it is still unpaid after that, I may end the package, and you remain responsible for the instalments due up to that point.
Booking: your place is confirmed when your first payment is taken and you have accepted these terms.
Invoices: you will receive an invoice or receipt for each payment, which includes my CORU registration number.
5. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Your right to cancel within 14 days
You can cancel the package within 14 days of booking and get a full refund, as long as you tell me in writing before the 14 days end.
If your first call takes place within those 14 days, you are asking me to start the service early. If you then cancel, I will refund your payment minus the value of the services already provided (for example, a call that has taken place). You will be asked to confirm this when you book.
Rescheduling a call
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move a call. I will offer the nearest available time, ideally within 7 days.
A call moved with enough notice is not lost.
A call cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without contact, counts as delivered. I may make an exception for illness or an emergency.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the call may be shortened and ends at its scheduled time.
All five calls should be completed within 10 weeks of the first call. After that, unused calls end unless we agree otherwise.
If I need to cancel or reschedule
I will offer a new time at no cost to you. If I cannot deliver the package for any reason, I will refund the part of the fee that covers the calls not yet delivered.
If you stop early
After the first 14 days, fees for calls already delivered are not refundable.
If you stop before the programme ends, no refund is given for unused calls, and any instalments still due remain payable.
If I end or pause the package for clinical reasons (Section 3), I will refund the part of the fee for calls not yet delivered.
All refunds are paid to the card or account used to pay, within 14 days.
6. Contact between calls
Where to message: use the secure messaging in Practice Better. Please do not send health information by text, WhatsApp or ordinary email.
What messaging is for: quick questions about your plan and practical issues between calls. Anything that needs a proper review of your food or health is best saved for your next call.
Reply times: I reply within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. I do not provide an urgent or out-of-hours service.
After the final call: you can message me through Practice Better for 2 weeks after your closing call.
Blood results: you can email me your updated results at any stage, at fuelo@paraicdietitian.com. I will add them to your record and, where relevant, respond on your next call or in writing.
Questions after the 2 weeks: the one-off follow-up call (Section 2) is available.
7. Your part in the programme
The best results come from working on the plan together. I ask that you:
Attend calls on time, from a private place with a reliable internet connection.
Complete the intake form and health questionnaire honestly, and tell me promptly about changes, such as new medication, a new diagnosis, a hospital stay or pregnancy.
Try the habits we agree, and tell me honestly how it goes. Missed days are normal and are useful information.
Complete the food diaries and tracking as agreed.
Share your blood test results when you have them, and keep your GP or diabetes team informed about your progress.
Not record calls without my agreement.
8. Your information and privacy
I collect health information to provide your care, so I handle it carefully. My Privacy Notice, which is linked in the footer of this website, explains this in detail, including who I share information with and how long I keep it. In short:
Who is responsible: Fuelo Nutrition Limited is the data controller for your information.
Where it is kept: your records, forms, messages and plans are stored in Practice Better, a secure client management platform.
Recording and transcription: with your consent, I record our calls and make a transcript, so that I can focus on you instead of taking notes. You can decline, and I will take notes during the call instead.
Use of AI tools: with your consent, transcripts are redacted to remove your name and other identifying details, then processed with an AI tool to help prepare my clinical notes and your written plan. I review everything before it is used.
Your GP: with your consent, I send a short summary to your GP at the start and end of the package.
Separate consent: you give consent for recording, AI use and GP summaries separately in your intake form. You can say no to any of them, and this will not affect the care you receive. You can withdraw any of them later by telling me. Withdrawing does not affect what has already been done.
How long records are kept: I keep your clinical record for 7 years after our last contact.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or (where the law allows) delete your information, or object to how it is used. Contact me at fuelo@paraicdietitian.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
9. Health insurance, results, materials, complaints and general terms
Health insurance. Some health insurance policies may refund part of the fee because I am CORU-registered. This depends on your insurer and your policy, and I cannot guarantee it. Please check with your insurer before booking. I will provide receipts showing my registration number.
No guarantee of results. Everyone responds differently. I will give you my best professional advice, but I cannot promise a particular result for your weight, blood glucose, HbA1c or other health measures. What you do in your daily life, your medication and your other health conditions all affect your results.
Materials. The plans, resources and documents I give you are for your own personal use. Please do not copy, share publicly or sell them.
Complaints. If you are not happy with any part of the service, please tell me first at fuelo@paraicdietitian.com. I will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and reply fully within 20 working days. You can also contact CORU about the professional conduct of a registered health professional.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits my responsibility for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow me to limit.
Changes to these terms. If I update these terms, the new version applies to new bookings. The version you accepted applies to your package.
Governing law. These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts can deal with any dispute, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer.
Version: 1.0, 2 November 2026.
